We will recommend Casa Kalaw to our friends. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Room, Beach, the staff, the quietness and secluded feeling of the place.
Aircon on the first room assigned is not working so we had to change rooms the following day. Staff should have checked first if all things are working in a room before assigning it to a guest. The next room given to us was super okay though. Also our request for an OR was made very complicated. The Finance department were asking for BIR Forms which was the first time we've encountered. All is well though after a few days of emailing back and forth. We have not received the OR yet as staff is limited in the office at the moment.
